Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 14:00 until 20:00. On rare occasions, we might be able to accommodate later arrivals, but the Front Desk must confirm this in advance.

Check-out: until 11:00.

Extra beds

Extra beds are available on request and must be confirmed in advance. An additional fee will apply.

Parking

We provide complimentary private parking. Reservations must be made in advance and confirmed by the Front Desk.

Pets

Pets are welcome only if previously announced. An additional fee of 10 EUR per night will apply.

To secure your reservation, you need to provide your credit card details for a pre-authorisation (temporary block).

It’s not a deposit or a charge. You’ll pay for your booking when you arrive.

Cancellation Policies

Standard: Cancellations and modifications can be made free of charge until 7 days before arrival. After that or in case of a no-show the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Plan Ahead & Save: Cancellations and modifications can be made free of charge until 14 days before arrival. After that or in case of a no-show the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Non-Refundable: A full prepayment is required to confirm a reservation. No changes or cancellations can be made free of charge after booking.
