To ensure a smooth and hassle-free arrival at our guesthouse, we have provided detailed directions. Please read them carefully to avoid taking a wrong turn.
Take the Lesce exit and follow the signs for Bled. Upon reaching Bled, drive straight past the Petrol gas station on your left until you approach a small roundabout. Go straight through the roundabout and continue along Cesta Svobode, passing through the centre of Bled. Follow the road alongside the lake to its far side, where you’ll see a grey building with white edges, Hotel Starkl, on your left next to a bus stop.
From this point, continue uphill on the main road for another 50 meters and take the first left turn at the sign for Garden Village. You will now be on Cesta Gorenjskega odreda. Follow the signs for Vila Alpina, which will guide you directly to our driveway and house.
Once you reach Bled and are driving on Cesta Svobode, watch for a Y-shaped intersection. Just before the intersection, turn right onto Savska cesta and continue for 200 meters until you reach a smaller intersection with a green sign for Šimenc Apartments. Turn right again onto Savska cesta and proceed for another 200 meters. Just before you reach Garden Village Bled on your right, turn left onto our driveway.
The central Bled bus station is located on the northeastern side of the lake, a 3-minute walk from the lake at the intersection of Cesta Svobode and Grajska cesta.
From the bus station, head towards the lake and walk along the shore until you reach Hotel Toplice. Continue along the lake on Cesta Svobode until you arrive at Hotel Starkl, a grey building with white edges on your left next to a bus stop.
From here, walk uphill on the main road for 50 meters and take the first left at the sign for Garden Village. You will now be on Cesta Gorenjskega odreda. Follow the signs for Vila Alpina, which will guide you directly to our house.
